An integral part of the editorial policy is the observance of moral-ethic principles. The editorial staff in its activity is guided by the provisions of the Copyright Chapter 70 (Part 4) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and follows the rules of publication ethics (in accordance with the recommendations of the International Committee on Publication Ethics and “Ethic principles of scientific publication” Declaration of Scientific Editors and Publishers Association. Our Herald is a peer-reviewed journal where the results of original researches are published. The authors present articles for publication according to the rules of reviewing adopted in the journal for publishing of scientific articles and confirm availability of copyright, lack of plagiarism and incorrect citing of the materials presented and guarantee that they haven’t been previously published elsewhere or sent to others publications and all information reflected in the articles is true.
In case of occurrence of mistakes or discrepancies in accordance with reviewer’s recommendations the authors present revised version for publication.
When the authors agree for their articles to be published they also allow the Publisher to place them in Russian Science Citation Index system and other electronic libraries and databases.
Scientific writers and reviewers are entitled both to admit the article for publication and to reject it. They make a reasonable decision about the researches publication on the ground of their urgency and scientific importance.
